What is the investment option

INVESTORS INTERESTED TO OBTAIN THE PERMANENT RESIDENCY OF MALTA MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:

1 AND 2
Invest in Malta National Bonds for a minimum of € 250,000 for five years. one of the following options
  • 1- Purchase a property with minimum value of € 320,000 or if situated in Gozo or the South of Malta with a minimum investment of € 270,000.
  • 2- lease of residential property with a minimum annual rental value of € 12,000 or if situated in Gozo or the South of Malta will be € 10,000.
