Mr. Razi Diab

Razi holds Bachelor of laws Degree, LL.M. in American Law & LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Damascus University, Boston University & Kent University respectively.

He has over than 25 years of experience in advocacy and legal consultancy work in addition to his notable practice as an arbitrator. Razi is also active in lecturing in international law seminars and, also, he had contributed in researching and writing law articles.

Razi’s experience covers, among others, the following:

• Legal Research;
• Arbitration and litigation practices in various mercantile disputes before courts of justice and international arbitration centers such London Court of international Arbitration. (LCIA.);
• Legal Counselling services to the World Bank and UNDP on MENA region land governance and legislative drafting.

Razi is affiliated with, inter alia, the following institutions:

• Union Internationale Des Avocats: Individual Member since 2008.
• Member of the Board of director of ACIHL – Arab Center for International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights- Strasbourg, France.

Razi speaks Native Arabic, fluent English, French, and conversational German (Zertificat Deutsch als Fremdsprache).
